ликвидировать
Ликвидировать или распустить компанию с ограниченной ответственностью (limited company). Это может быть сделано или ее дирекцией, или акционерами. Если компания является платежеспособной, т.е. ее активы превосходят ее обязательства, активы распределяются между акционерами компании. См.: liquiation (ликвидация); liquidator (ликвидатор).
